What a FUN DAY!

Hello Everyone!  I hope you all had a GREAT weekend!  I know I did!  I took some pictures of my precious cousin Jolie Beth on Friday!  She is the sweetest thing ever!  We had planned to do the shoot outside but right as we got everything out of the car and set up, the wind started blowing like CRAZY!  So, we took 2 pictures there and loaded everything back up and moved the shoot inside.  We did the rest in Jolie's room. Congratulations Jessie and Beth, you make BEAUTIFUL babies!

Picture Day!

Well today was a pretty productive day!  I was at home all day cleaning and doing laundry and didn't even stick my head out of the door until about 3:00!  And boy am I glad I did!  I went outside to take the trash out and it felt SOOO good out there!  Since I had been in all day, I didn't even realize that it was 83 degrees!  So being that it was so warm I thought it would be the Perfect day to take Kynlee's pictures!  So right when she got out of school, we went straight home, got her dressed and headed out to shoot some pictures!  I really wanted some of Kynlee with the dogs, but I didn't want to put both of my monster dogs in the car, so we ended up just taking Molly (The Great Dane).  Big Mistake!  We should have taken River (The Siberian Husky) she's ALOT more calm!  I think we only actually got like 3 pictures of Kynlee with Molly.  One of them is posted.
My friend Dierdre also stopped by and we shot some of her gorgeous kids also!

What a week, What a week...

Well this week has been a doozy!  Monday, Me, my Dad and Vanson went to pick Kynlee up at school.  She wanted to go straight to the barn to ride her horse, Honey.  We got to the barn about 4:00.  She and Vanson were having a BLAST riding in the arena when I noticed her saddle was getting loose.  I told her to come to me so that I could tighten it, she did.  She had stepped on her right stirrup to "straighten" it when it all of a sudden, it fell sideways and she and Vanson went tumbling to the ground!  Vanson was fine because Kynlee broke his fall but when she stood up, she said..."Mom, look at my arm!" Yep, there it was, bent in a direction it shouldn't have been going!  IT WAS BROKEN!   My Dad and I took her to the clinic and yes, it was confirmed that she has broken both bones in her right arm.  They then sent us to the Kell West ER to have it casted.  We got there and all they could do was put a splint on it and said to follow up with Dr. Wilson tomorrow, (Tuesday).  So Tuesday morning I called them and they made an appointment for us to come in.  He looked at her xrays, and said that he was going to have to "set" it, but that he wouldn't do it unless he put her to sleep.  Which is always nerve racking, but I was soooo glad he didn't just set it without any medication.  So we went over the hospital and he came over shortly, they put her to sleep and set it and casted it.  The whole procedure took a total of about 10 minutes but she was actually under anesthesia and asleep for about 45 minutes.  She woke up to find that she had a pretty pink cast and ordered me immediately to go to Wal-Mart and get her some sharpies so she could get her friends to sign it!  The worst part of the whole thing was probably her getting the IV when we first got to the hospital.  She was screaming!  Anyways, things are going good and I haven't had to give her any pain medicine. Thank goodness!

She is so stinkin' cute!

I found this video of Kynlee from the summer.  We were at my Mom's house and she was practicing her Kindergarten Graduation songs.  I think its time for Hollywood!

So Amazing!

I must tell you that I have just witnessed the MOST Amazing thing ever!  One of My Best Friend's ever, Amanda Barb, had her precious Baby Boy Gage and I got to be in the Delivery Room with her and Steven.  It was the neatest thing that I have even seen!  I was of course in labor with Kynlee (7 years ago, gosh how time flies!) and that was the Greatest day of my life and even though it was VERY painful I would do it again in a heartbeat if God gave us the opportunity to have another child.

But being on the other end and actually getting to watch everything happen was unexplainable! It is crazy how that precious baby grows inside of you and after 9 months a miracle is born!  I was honored that they asked me to be in there with them!  Thank you Amanda and Steven - I Love You Both Very Much!

Christmas!

Hi Everyone!  Welcome to my blog!  I'm kinda new at this and don't really know what I'm doing so just bare with me and let me know if something looks silly on my page!  I am going to blog as often as possible.  My cousin Jill was telling me about her blog and I thought it sounded fun, so I'm giving it a try!

It is December 26th, the day after Christmas.  This is my favorite time of year but I am SOOOO glad it only comes once a year!  Jimmy got to come home from work for Christmas which was GREAT!  We didn't think he was going to get to be here.  Kynlee and I had plans to go with him to work and have Christmas morning, then we were going to come back here for Christmas with the rest of the family. But it worked out where he got to be here!  So YIPPEE for that!

After we opened Santas gifts at home we went to my Papa's and had Christmas with my family.  Here is a picture of all of us CrAzY KiDs!

We had Christmas with the Copeland's on Tuesday because Travis and Cheri were going to Houston on Christmas Day.  We ate, opened presents and visited!  I think Becky enjoyed her present the most :) .  Haha, love you BECK!
